Footwork & Agility Training
1 hour Workshop (up to 4 people) + 1 hour of self-practice = 2 hours
Service Description
Strong footwork is the foundation of every great tennis player. This class focuses on speed, balance, and movement efficiency. Coach Mike will guide you through on-court agility drills, directional changes, and positioning techniques to improve your reaction time and shot preparation. You'll sweat, move, and gain confidence in reaching every ball while staying balanced and ready for the next shot. This will be a great workout to start your day with! The course will be automatically canceled if there are fewer than 2 participants. In that case, you may choose to either transfer to the next class or receive a refund.
